CREATING AND SHAPING OBJECTS WITH 3D PRINTING

3D printing also called "Additive Manufacturing" is
a process of making three dimensional solid objects
from a digital model.
3D printing is accomplished by using additive processes.
An object is created by laying down
successive layers of material.
3D printing is different from traditional
machining techniques
which remove material by drilling, cutting etc.
(subtractive processes).

Below is a picture of a machine used for additive printing.

Even musical instruments can be created
with 3D printing. To view an explanation about a printed guitar

at Mother Jones:
"The Stanford study seriously underplays the benefit
of going organic to avoid pesticide traces,
especially for vulnerable populations like pregnant women and kids."

"What's most glaring about the Stanford review is
what's missing from it,

which is any examination of processed foods.
You can't get a realistic picture of health effects by looking at
fruits, veggies and meats
but none of the processed items that make up
the bulk of the American diet.
